• Saturday September 29th - An open meeting of the South Wales Coalition against the War at 3 p.m. at the Star Centre, Splott Road, Splott, Cardiff.

• Saturday September 29th - A continuous walk around Cardiff Centre, starting at 10 a.m. at the Nye Bevan statue. The theme? " An end to violence against all peoples of the world".

• Saturday October 6th Demonstration against the War, called by South Wales Coalition against the War. Assemble 11.30 a.m. at the Hayes, Cardiff.

Over 40 asylum seekers are being held prisoner in Cardiff prison. They have committed no crime and are just political pawns in a game of 'whose toughest' between Jack Straw and Anne Widdicombe. Asylum seekers are not a drain on the economy. Their persecution is part of an attempt to play the racist card in politics.
